Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and deter theft.
• Provide visible greetings and assist Associates and Customers.
• Monitor entrances/exits and floor activity for theft indicators.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize operational shortage.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and participate in training.
