Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment, greet customers, and deter theft.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Identify potential theft indicators and address them in collaboration with store leadership and Loss Prevention.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and compliance with company directives.
• Train and educate associates on shrink reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
