Job summary

Adecco is seeking Loss Prevention Associates for Ross in Carlisle, PA. Roles are on-site for 1st and 3rd shifts, with hourly pay between $19.69 and $21.19 and shift differential where applicable.

Responsibilities include safety audits, incident response, and preventing shrink through proactive security measures. Candidates must read, write, and speak English and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Protect associates and Ross assets and enforce safety/security processes.
• Conduct safety audits and monitor for fire hazards.
• Respond to Critical Incidents and make First Responder decisions.
• Patrol assigned areas and conduct security audits to reduce shrink.
