Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Greet Customers and deter theft with commanding presence.
• Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for safety issues.
• Partner with Store Leadership to minimize shortage and support Loss Prevention.
• Represent Ross brand with professional appearance and conduct.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and best practices.
