Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers and associates.

This full-time role requires nights and weekends regularly. You will present a professional image, greet customers, monitor entrances, and report incidents to management while adhering to company procedures and dress code, and participate in store safety programs.

Qualifications

• Diplomacy needed to handle difficult situations.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Maintain standards with good judgment and discretion.
• Clear, concise communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highly visible position at store entrance.
• Greet customers and associates on entry and exit.
• Observe and report theft incidents; do not confront outside store.
• Wear LP vest and follow dress code during shift.
• Complete Store Theft Reports when required.
• Participate in loss prevention and safety programs.
• Conduct store tours and audits as directed.
• Ensure front entrance is clean and safe.
