Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate for a full-time on-site role at our Madison, TN store. The position focuses on deterring theft, maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping experience, and supporting Ollie’s team through professional presentation and alert reporting.

The role requires night and weekend shifts, adherence to dress code, and collaboration with store leadership to uphold security standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule as provided by DLPM.
• Wear company Loss Prevention vest or jacket during shift.
• Maintain highly visible position at store entrance.
• Greet and acknowledge customers and associates entering/exiting the store.
• Report theft or suspected theft to supervisor.
• Maintain communication with store staff and leaders.
• Assist in security procedures and safety programs.
• Complete Store Theft Reports when required.
• Conduct store tours and audits as directed by DLPM.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ensure a safe shopping environment.
