Job summary

Ollie’s in Tulsa is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to maintain a professional visual deterrence and ensure a safe shopping environment. This full-time role requires nights and weekends regularly and focuses on preventing theft while supporting daily store operations.

The LP Associate will deter theft, greet customers, report incidents, and maintain safety standards across the store, reporting to their manager and DLPM as needed.

• Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule provided by DLPM.
• Maintain visible presence at store entrance.
• Greet customers and associates entering/exiting the store.
• Observe and report theft incidents to managers.
