Responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule as provided by DLPM.
• Maintain a highly visible position at the store entrance during shift.
• Greet and acknowledge customers and associates as they enter and exit the store.
• Observe and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to manager on duty and DLPM.
• Maintain communication with store associates and team leaders.
• Support store in security and safety procedures.
• Complete Store Theft Reports when required.
• Participate in loss prevention and safety programs.
• Conduct store tours and audits as directed by DLPM.
