Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard assets at a retail location in Ohio. You will monitor CCTV, confront suspects, write detailed incident reports, and be prepared to testify in court. Strong customer service and clear written and spoken communications are essential.

This full-time role covers 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, with Monday and Tuesday off. Benefits include medical, life, dental and vision insurance, plus paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Must have Security experience/must be reflected on your resume.
• Customer Service Skills
• Must have good written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras for potential shoplifters.
• Confront and stop suspected shoplifters.
• Write detailed reports for the client on incidents.
• Testify in court for shoplifting incidents.
• Network with local law enforcement to deter and apprehend shoplifters.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
