Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer for a full-time, 1st & 2nd shift position serving a retail box store in Ohio. You will monitor CCTV, confront shoplifters, and prepare detailed incident reports while coordinating with law enforcement as needed.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and a HS diploma or GED. Weekend work is included with two days off Monday and Tuesday.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Security experience reflected on resume.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras for potential shoplifters.
• Confront and stop potential shoplifters.
• Write detailed client reports on incidents.
• Testify in court as required.
• Network with local law enforcement to deter and apprehend shoplifters.
