Job summary

The role supports store and field leadership by training shortage control associates, identifying theft indicators, and driving shortage education and awareness. You will apply confidence and leadership to influence behaviors and reduce shrink.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or store security preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors through a command presence and professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote best-in-class service.
• Display knowledge of shortage areas and programs aimed at reducing theft.
• Gather indicators of external theft and coordinate with leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Support store management with internal controls and operational oversight, including store audits.
