Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making are required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with energetic greeting and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and energetic greeting to reinforce a sense of control.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction programs and train associates on procedures.
