Qualifications

• Active Security Guard License preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Deter theft by monitoring for suspicious behavior and addressing issues with Store Leadership.
• Assist in loss prevention initiatives and partner with leadership to minimize shortages.
• Represent the Ross brand with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
