The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate for our Albuquerque TJ Maxx store. You will help deter theft, support store teams, and maintain a safe shopping environment while wearing a body-worn camera and following company policies.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed during busy periods. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper stance at the front of the store and act as a visual deterrent.
• Greet customers and direct them to management or customer service.
• Wear a Company approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
