Job summary

TJ Maxx in New York, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a Loss Prevention professional to deter theft, support store teams, and maintain safety standards. You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and respond to requests while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers appropriately with courtesy and respect.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
