Job summary

You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and collaborate with LP and store teams to maintain safety and a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes strong communication, quick decision-making, and independent initiative, with a focus on front-of-store visibility and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wears a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers appropriately and show courtesy and respect.
• Establishes and maintains a position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Responds to customer requests by referring to store management or customer service via a radio.
• Observes and reports suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Performs closing safety sweep of the store with management.
• Abides by Company Policy and Procedure.
• Documents incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
