The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate at our HomeGoods Vernon, CT location. You will deter theft, support store safety, and assist customers while partnering with store teams and Loss Prevention.

Expect to wear a uniform with a body worn camera and remain vigilant at the front of the store. Ideal candidates communicate well, take initiative, handle tasks independently, and can stand for long periods. 0–2 years of retail or security experience is preferred.

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
