The TJX Companies, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate for our HomeGoods store. You will support the District Loss Prevention Manager and store teams, serving as a visual deterrent and ensuring safety while protecting the Company brand.

You will wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, assist with inquiries, and report incidents. The role emphasizes policy adherence, teamwork, and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Good decision-making skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Effective prioritization and time management.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper, professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist by directing them to management or customer service.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a manager.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
