Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment with attention to safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional behavior on the shop floor.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain security.
• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic welcome and clear communication.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty when observed.
• Support shortage reduction programs and train associates as needed.
