Burlington Stores is seeking a Shortage Control Associate in Lexington, KY. You will help create a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers at entrances/exits, and assisting with shortage reduction programs.

Part-time role with competitive wage and associate discounts. Responsibilities include monitoring for theft, reporting incidents to the Manager on Duty, and supporting loss prevention initiatives.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and energetic greeting and promote a sense of control and security
• Monitor the entrance and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain safety and security standards
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes
