Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience or AP experience.
• Ability to use data, guidance, and judgement to support timely decisions.
• Comfortable with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and key metrics.
• Support shortage reduction by identifying theft, fraud, and dishonesty.
• Assist with retail crime incidents and ensure proper reporting.
• Lead awareness training, data security compliance, and AP system use.
• Communicate daily goals and key tasks; model knowledge-sharing.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning for the AP team.
• Maintain confidentiality and support business continuity.
• Adapt tactics based on changing business needs.
• Foster relationships with local law enforcement for cooperation.
• Ensure store systems function properly and report outages or safety concerns.
