Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; asset protection experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic software (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience with exception-based reporting and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with asset protection and shortage control programs.
• Conduct investigations and train store associates on procedures.
• Partner with store leadership to resolve shortage-related issues.
• Protect profitability by understanding controllable expenses and data security.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and report incidents promptly.
