The position requires strong observation, reporting, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to protect store profitability and customer trust. Training and development are provided to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Retail / Asset Protection experience is preferred.
• Strong observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in daily priorities and objectives.
• Monitor store activity via observation, cameras, and floor walks to prevent theft and fraud.
• Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents per procedures and laws.
• Support leadership by reviewing documents and reports used in investigations.
• Build relationships with local law enforcement for case resolution.
• Educate store teams on asset protection, safety programs, and emergency response.
