Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to help reduce shortages by preventing internal and external AP incidents, and by ensuring store policies and safety programs are followed day to day.

You will monitor activity with cameras and floor walks, assist with investigations, document incidents, and collaborate with local law enforcement and store leaders to resolve cases. This hourly role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Document and report incidents accurately.
• Support investigations with documentation and reporting.
