• Ten or more years mortgage default and loss mitigation experience, with at least five years in a supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of conventional and government mortgage loan documents, regulatory requirements (CFPB/FDCPA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance metrics to maximize productivity, service, and compliance.
• Provide goal setting, training, coaching, and talent management for Loss Mitigation staff.
• Monitor licensing requirements and related processes to ensure coverage.
• Prepare annual budget and manage department expenses.
• Provide reports and updates on trends to senior management.
• Assist auditors and respond to audit findings with remediation.
