Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; finance/business degree preferred.
• Experience in loss mitigation, mortgage servicing or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with discretion.
• Strong data entry, accuracy and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage documentation to build complete loan workout packages according to guidelines.
• Enter and upload documents to document repository with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely decisions in compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service; guide customers through the loss mitigation process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and documentation; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Loss Mitigation team to ensure efficient workflows and policy updates.
