Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Loss Control Specialist to provide risk assessments, safety program development, and onsite client support across a defined region. The role emphasizes hazard analysis, OSHA guidance, and collaboration with claims and underwriting to minimize losses.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in safety and health, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education; minimum 2 years’ experience in safety and health.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license due to regular travel to client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hazard assessments for underwriting, evaluating risk acceptability and supporting policy decisions.
• Perform onsite safety surveys and client interviews to identify hazards and exposures.
• Develop customized health and safety programs and support clients through implementation and ongoing compliance.
• Investigate significant losses and coordinate with claims to support follow-up and resolution.
