Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Loss Control Specialist to service clients across a defined region. You will conduct hazard assessments, onsite safety surveys, and risk evaluations to reduce workers' compensation losses and support regulatory compliance.

You will develop tailored health and safety programs, train client personnel, and document findings, supporting claims where needed. Frequent domestic travel is required and familiarity with OSHA standards is essential.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent; 2 years safety/health exp preferred.
• OSHA 510/511 certification required or equivalent."

Responsabilidades

• Conduct hazard assessments for underwriting and risk evaluation.
• Perform onsite safety surveys and client interviews to identify hazards.
• Develop customized health and safety programs for clients.
• Provide OSHA guidance and regulatory interpretation to clients.
• Lead accident investigations and coordinate with claims team.
• Travel domestically to client sites and events as needed.
