Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking inspectors to perform commercial property loss control inspections across the USA. You will receive assignments electronically, schedule visits, inspect properties, interview insured, and submit reports online using Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of loss control experience, knowledge of property, liability and workers’ compensation lines, and the ability to work independently with travel within a 50‑mile radius.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the USA and have direct experience with commercial line inspections.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial insurance loss control inspections.
• Understanding of property, general liability, and workers’ compensation lines.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments electronically and reviews inspection requirements.
• Schedules the inspection appointment with the insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspects the property for hazards related to utilities/building systems, common areas, maintenance, protections, and life safety; takes 20–35 exterior/interior photos.
• Interviews the insured for operations information and building ages of systems.
• Communicates inspection status through the online application.
• Completes the inspection report on Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch and returns it electronically.
