By resolving outstanding balances, identifying potential risks and partnering with teams across the business, you'll help drive stronger financial outcomes while delivering a positive customer experience. What you'll own

• Drive recovery outcomes by managing delinquent merchant accounts, securing payment resolutions and minimizing financial losses that support business performance.
• Influence risk decisions through investigation and analysis of account activity, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending actions that protect Global Payments from future exposure.
• Create positive customer outcomes by educating merchants on balances, fees, chargebacks and payment options, helping them make informed decisions and maintain healthier account standing.
• Strengthen operational excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve account issues, improve accuracy and accelerate resolution timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, uncovering root causes of losses and sharing insights that help enhance processes, reduce risk and improve future performance.
