Global Payments in Indiana is seeking a Loss Analyst I to join our Merchant Collections Team. You will help protect revenue by resolving balances and guiding merchants through payment options, while collaborating across the business to minimize risk and improve outcomes.

  • Drive recovery outcomes by managing delinquent merchant accounts, securing payment resolutions and minimizing financial losses.
  • Influence risk decisions through investigation and analysis of account activity, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending actions to protect from future exposure.
  • Create positive customer outcomes by educating merchants on balances, fees, chargebacks and payment options.
  • Strengthen operational excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve account issues and accelerate resolution timelines.
  • Identify trends and root causes of losses and share insights to improve processes and reduce risk.
