Job summary

JOCO in Los Angeles is seeking a City Manager to lead the market operations and strategy. You will own P&L, drive partnerships, customer growth, and retention with hands-on ownership of KPIs, while coordinating Mechanic, Field, and Concierge teams.

You will work closely with the Corporate Team, sharing updates, dashboards, and progress, and will oversee hiring, training, and management of staff, as well as lease negotiations and process design to scale the operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations or Strategy fields.
• Strong communication and leadership in a warehouse environment.
• Proven problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leveraging data and SQL is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to new markets.

Responsibilities

• Own LA market P&L, partnerships, customer growth, and retention.
• Oversee daily Operations across Mechanic, Field, and Concierge teams.
• Report market metrics to Corporate using dashboards.
• Hire, train, and manage mechanics, field, and concierge staff.
• Identify target station locations and negotiate leases.
• Design and iterate operational processes.
• Identify, negotiate with and manage local contractors.
