Qualifications

• Previous hotel, bellman, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Availability that aligns with the preferred schedule, particularly mornings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Morning Shift – Lobby Staircase (Upper Level): Maintain a consistent presence at the top of the main lobby staircase; Assist departing guests with carrying luggage down the stairs; Escort guests to the front desk or valet area; Assist with luggage deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms; Provide directions, answer questions, and offer assistance throughout the lobby; Proactively approach guests who may need assistance.
• Afternoon Shift – Lobby Staircase (Lower Level): Maintain a consistent presence at the bottom of the main lobby staircase; Welcome arriving guests and assist with carrying luggage up the stairs; Direct or escort guests to the front desk; Assist with luggage deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms; Provide directions, answer guest questions, and assist with general guest needs; Maintain a welcoming, professional, and attentive lobby presence.

Job Description

Next Level Valet is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Bell Person / Lobby Ambassador to join our hospitality team.

This position combines traditional bell services with lobby guest assistance, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, dependable, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires someone who maintains a visible presence in the lobby, anticipates guest needs, and is always ready to assist.

Preferred Availability

We are ideally looking for candidates who can accommodate the following schedule:

Sunday: Morning

Monday: Open Availability (All Day)

Tuesday: Open Availability (All Day)

Thursday: Morning

Friday: Morning

Saturday: Morning

Key Responsibilities

Morning Shift – Lobby Staircase (Upper Level)

Compensation

Base Pay:$10.00 per hour + Tips
