Job Description

Next Level Valet is seekingtwo experienced Valet Parking Supervisors to join our team! We are looking for dependable, service-driven leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of their shifts, and know how to lead a team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Previous valet supervisory experience is required. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule based on business needs. Candidates must have open availability and be comfortable with changing shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Pre-Shift Meetings: Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to communicate expectations, assignments, and service standards.

Manage Valet Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and smooth traffic flow.

Crew Positioning: Strategically position team members based on business volume, guest arrivals, and operational needs.

Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and support valet attendants while holding the team accountable for performance.

Guest Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, professionally resolve guest concerns, and maintain a positive guest experience.

Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm and making sound decisions.
