Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Specialist focused on Looker BI. You will partner with technical Sales to differentiate Google Cloud, accelerate technical wins, and drive adoption of complex workloads.

Develop architectures, prototypes, and proofs of concept with platform teams to deliver customer solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their business and technical needs, presenting practical Google Cloud value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
6 years of experience with business intelligence solutions.
Experience in data analysis languages (SQL) and data modeling.
Experience in demos, prototypes, or workshops with customers.
Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Looker subject matter expert with Sales to differentiate Google Cloud.
Design and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and technical prototypes for use cases and business value.
Lead technical proofs-of-concepts and manage RFP responses with strong customer engagement.
Promote Looker value through workshops and architectural demonstrations for diverse audiences.
Travel for on-site customer visits, conferences, and workshops to drive adoption.
