Cambridge Lakes Learning Center is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Teacher for 1st Grade in Illinois. The role focuses on designing engaging lessons, guiding students through inquiry-based activities, and collaborating with families and staff to support every learner. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Daily hours run 7:30am–4:00pm in a classroom setting, with a focus on the whole child and high standards of instruction consistent with our values and mission.

• Current Professional Educator License (PEL)

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Daily hours are 7:30am-4:00pm


• Classroom-based with regular interaction throughout the school.


• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift, move, and/or support up to 50 pounds.

COMPENSATION

• $24.67/hour


• Sign on bonus eligible
