Cambridge Lakes Charter School is seeking a Full-time Professional Faculty member to educate students across grade levels with a focus on inquiry-based, project-driven learning and experiential experiences aligned to our values of curiosity, resilience, and collaboration.

The role emphasizes designing engaging instruction, partnering with families and leadership, and participating in our Professional Excellence Framework to foster growth and excellence in a collaborative school community.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum B.A/B.S. degree in teaching from an accredited institution.
• Some faculty positions may require a graduate/terminal degree, or certificate, pending need.
• Charter schools may employ non-certified teachers if they have a bachelor's, graduate, or terminal degree and meet other qualifications.

Preferred

• Current Professional Educator License (PEL);
• Appropriate endorsements per subject matter seeking experience with experiential learning, project-based learning, inquiry approaches, or specialized pedagogies.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Meet the standards outlined in the contract
• Classroom-based with regular interaction throughout the school.
• Attendance at meetings and events outside regular school hours.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift, move, and/or support up to 50 pounds.

• COMPENSATION
• Competitive compensation with consistent adjustments to align with the market and skills
• Instructional Practice Advancement (IPA) contingent bonus is paid out twice a year
• Salary adjustments per specialized areas of study, certifications, advanced degree, Golden Apple/Board certification, or as determined by leadership.

Salary Range: $45,000-80,000.
