Barrington Community Unit School District 220 Countryside Elementary School is seeking a Long Term Substitute School Psychologist for elementary education. The role supports case study evaluations and serves as a consultant in multi-disciplinary, IEP and parent/teacher conferences.

The position requires an advanced degree in School Psychology and IL PEL with endorsement; responsibilities include attending meetings, providing intern supervision, counseling students, and coordinating RtI/Problem

Qualifications

• Master's/Ed.S./PhD in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement (Illinois).
• Ability to collaborate with students, parents and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular building special services meetings.
• Participate in annual reviews for special education students.
• Conduct building in-service workshops for staff and parents.
• Serve on district professional organization committees.
• Attend professional meetings to update requirements.
• Provide supervision for school psychology interns.
• Offer individual and small counseling services.
• Participate in RtI/Problem Solving meetings as appropriate.
• Complete and maintain forms, records and reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
