Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for IEP team meetings and provides case management for assigned students.
• Collaborates with general education teachers to monitor student progress and compliance.
• Develops and implements measurable IEP goals.
• Uses data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.
• Interprets formal and informal assessments for instructional planning.
• Collects data on student performance to guide instruction.
• Plans evidence-based interventions for individual and group students.
