Polaris Rehabilitation & Care Center in Cheyenne, WY seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. You will provide and oversee direct resident care, act as a clinical leader, supervise staff, and coordinate care with physicians and CNAs.

The position emphasizes hands-on patient care with opportunities to mentor colleagues, lead quality initiatives, and ensure safe, individualized care aligned with facility policies and federal/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Wyoming.
• Current CPR or BLS certification, as required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care per care plans and policies.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes.
• Administer medications and treatments within RN scope.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff during shifts.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
