Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Per Diem assignments in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. The LTC LPN will assist the care team in delivering care within a Long Term Care/Assisted Living setting, applying clinical judgment and nursing standards under supervision.

The role emphasizes timely coordination of patient care, critical thinking, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for PA.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Successful completion of screening tests for clinical specialty area(s) with a score of 80% or greater.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Long Term Care (LTC) LPN

Setting: Healthcare Facilities. Job Type: Per Diem. Pay: $43 / Hour. Hours: 24.00. Location: Lake Ariel, PA.

The Long Term Care LPN assists the care team in the deliveryof care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilityin the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state inwhich the nurse practices
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS card
• Successful completion of screening tests for the clinicalspecialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater
• Successful completion of Amergis Background ScreeningProcess
• Must be at least 18 years of age
