Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Intake Associate for our Long-Term Care division to enter patient demographics and coverage, search for insurance details, and coordinate with nursing facilities, pharmacy staff, and insurers to ensure timely admissions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or healthcare, basic MS Office skills, and can work evenings with some weekends/holidays. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service and/or health care, with computer usage (beginner-to-moderate with MS Office).
• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm EST, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to obtain patient information.
• Research and obtain patient billing information.
• Manage multiple queues to stay current on admissions.
• Clear workflow in a timely manner to meet productivity criteria.
• Comply with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
