Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must reside in northern Indiana, southern Indiana, or northern Kentucky.
• Ability to travel up to 60-75% of the time within Indiana, no overnight trips.
• Ability to work occasional evenings & weekends, based upon client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships by delivering interactions that develop trust.
• Attend client meetings within LTC facilities as needed.
• Deliver proactive client meetings and quarterly executive reviews.
• Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate action plans.
• Manage routine client support activities and resolve inquiries.
• Partner with Key Account team to deliver initiatives at facility level.
