Job summary

CVS Health Corporation, via Omnicare, is seeking a field-based client relationship specialist to maintain regular contact with long-term care facilities. You will address issues, present value, and drive customer retention.

The role requires travel across Indiana and evening/weekend flexibility. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and preferably experience in LTC or pharma settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60-75% within Indiana.
• Evening & weekend availability as needed.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in long-term care or pharmaceutical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular client contact by phone, email or in person to resolve issues.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver value through interactions.
• Attend client meetings and present quarterly reviews to facility leadership.
• Collaborate with Key Account team to implement initiatives at facility level.
• Assist with contract renewals and onboarding of new facilities.
