Yona Eagle in Pennsylvania seeks a skilled Food Services Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care facility. You will organize, direct, and supervise staff, ensuring compliant, safe, and high-quality nutrition services for residents and visitors.

The role requires Supervisory experience, ServSafe Manager certification, and CDM/CFPP credentials, with strengths in budgeting, vendor relations, audits, and promoting resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality from an accredited institution.
• Food service supervisory experience required; at least two years in long-term care preferred.
• ServSafe Certification for Managers.
• Certified Dietary Manager and CDM/CFPP credentials.
• Strong supervision, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work all shifts as needed.
• Proficient with Windows-based software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff.
• Trains workers in procedures and equipment operation.
• Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises department functions.
• Maintains records including inventory, compliance, income/expense, and personnel records.
• Manages cost-effective program budgeting.
• Ensures survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and staff development.
• Conducts quality assurance rounds and reports initiatives.
