Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents’ nutrition needs and document plans within the EMR, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

You will develop individualized care plans, provide education to residents and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality nutrition services on-site in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current state license in good standing required.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on labs, weight, and intake.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
