Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services in a long‑term care facility. The role emphasizes collaboration with care teams to improve resident outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Monday through Friday with flexible schedules offers a stable work-life balance. The position requires RD licensure, strong organizational skills, and ability to work across multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with state license in good standing.
• Knowledge of state survey process and regulatory compliance (preferred).
• Vaccination policy compliance may be required by state or customers.
• Driver's license may be required for multi-site RD roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health and well‑being.
• Ensure CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards are followed.
• Provide coverage across buildings as needed.
