Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services in a long-term care facility. You will assess nutrition needs, develop individualized plans, and educate residents and staff.

The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to CMS and state regulations. We offer flexible schedules, benefits, and opportunities for hands-on training and career development.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR registration.
• Certification/License in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and regulatory compliance (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care for better health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
