Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition in a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop and document care plans, and provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations, and be ready to cover multiple buildings as needed. This role requires RD licensure and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Registered dietitian with state license in good standing.
- Experience in clinical nutrition and long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and document plans in EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure CMS/state/federal regulatory compliance.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
