Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. This role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and competitive wages, enabling meaningful work in a supportive team.

Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State license in good standing in the practice state.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required by state/local/customer.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and Federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
